- In Chicago for my big sister’s birthday. It’s also Chicago Marathon weekend! (Not running, but definitely fangirling!) We visited The Biggest Starbucks in the World. Also known as The Building Formerly Known as Crate and Barrel. We were prepared to be jaded about it, but despite the long wait, we had a couple very nice coffee cocktails in the fourth floor bar. Mine was a coffee old fashioned and @jtmcneil211 had a lovely fresh press whiskey drink. The last photo is the Standard Oil Building (I still refuse to call it Aon Tower 😂). Our dad used to work in this building. He hated heights, so once when he got promoted he asked for an office on a lower floor instead of being moved higher. Perks!
  
  Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Soooo many breathtaking works in this collection. If you’re not familiar with the story of the stolen art from this collection I highly recommend the Netflix documentary (4 episodes) or the podcast Last Seen. We also saw the collection of the Titian poesie (painted poems) which are gathered altogether for the first time since the Renaissance. Stunning. And then we had coffee 💗
  
  A few nights in Maine. Good for the soul.
  
  Vermont to the Maine coastline. Pretty much socked in today but we found some pretty color nonetheless.
