The 365 Blog Circle is a collection of friends working through their 365 photography projects together. We are posting favorite shots on a monthly basis. Welcome to our March round up!
Happy Easter! I hope everyone got a chocolate bunny and some of the best candy ever which would of course be Reece’s eggs. (Oooh yeah!)
March was fun and fast and YAY the sun came out!!
I started March off by seeing Pink (or P!nk if we’re getting technical – I love her however she spells her name) in Wichita with my oldest niece and my daughter-in-law. We definitely got the party started.

And things started to bloom more in southwest Texas! See me jumping up and down?
Redbud Tree and wildflowers.
I started editing a batch of photos I took in Denver last autumn when I went on photo walk with my friend Angie Dornier, who is a fabulous photographer and even nicer friend. We had a delightful day wandering around the RINO District of Denver. I’ll be writing more about that in my 7 on 7 this month. (Woah! See into the future! )
The safest flower pot in Denver.
March in these parts includes the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. My niece was home for spring break, so we went to see Garth Brooks show at the end of the Rodeo even though she was only 6 when he retired the first time. He opened the first night of the Rodeo and then closed the last night two weeks later with record setting attendance. If you’re thinking that was one giant sing-a-long, you’d be right. Even after all these years, He’s still got it.

A little late night Rodeo Carnival neon to close it all out.
Started with Pink (P!nk!) and ending with pink (and yellow and green).
I hope the sun and warmth of new days bring you all the joy you seek. Please continue around our circle for the photographic talents of Elyse Jokinen! She has lots of news!
